From the first idea...
Our Project Management team operates globally. We run regional development centers in North and Latin America, in Asia and in Europe to develop the best possible, tailor made product designs for our customers, always taking into account regional requirements and needs and the prevailing conditions in local markets. We fulfill all the demands placed on a modern, market-leading project management: We develop a design with the customer, advise on the choice of materials and then assist in visualizing the ideas using Unigraphics CAD and 3D simulations. We draw up a first model and test it using the latest rapid prototyping techniques. |

...to the finished serial product
This preliminary study phase is extremely thorough and moldflow analyses and ejection studies, for example, give good early indications of the viability and functionality of the final product. This saves valuable time and money. When the prototype has been completed the project is handed over to our advanced Tool Shop which then tests the tool exhaustively in our Test-Center in close cooperation with Quality Management until the go ahead can be given for serial production. And this is WEENER’s strength that sets us apart: Our allround service package includes all stages of the supply chain from product development right through to production and delivery. Only in this way can we ensure that our stringent quality standards are maintained at all levels.
